By accessing Citrine Technology Pvt Limited's website, hardware portal, or software ecosystem, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please cease all usage of our proprietary tech solutions immediately.

Property 02. Intellectual Property

All content, including software source code, hardware diagrams, UI designs, and trade names, are the exclusive property of Citrine Technology. Unauthorized replication is strictly prohibited.

Software binaries and firmware are licensed, not sold.
Trademarks and logos remain under our legal protection.
Proprietary hardware configurations cannot be reverse-engineered.

Usage 03. Service Usage

Users are expected to utilize our services within the bounds of international law. We reserve the right to terminate access for any behavior that compromises our system integrity or violates security protocols.

Prohibited Actions: Any attempt to bypass encryption, deploy malware, or scrape data via automated bots will result in immediate legal action.

Liability 04. Limitation of Liability

Citrine Technology provides hardware and software "as is." While we strive for 99.9% uptime and zero-defect hardware, we are not liable for incidental data loss or business interruptions caused by external factors.

Legal 05. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Citrine Technology services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the region of our corporate headquarters.
